About Alexa Quintanilla
I was born and raised in Lima, Peru, where I competed for Team Peru in the Junior Tennis World Cup at 16 before continuing my career as a Division I tennis player in the United States. Since transitioning into pickleball, I have spent the last year and a half training seriously, developing my game, and competing with the same commitment and discipline that shaped me as an athlete from a young age.
What makes me a valuable asset to any team is not just my skill set, but my mindset. I have always been a team-first competitor, someone who understands how to adapt, contribute in different roles, and do what it takes to help the team win. That was true representing Peru, serving as team captain in the Pickleball World Cup, competing at the Division I level, and it is the same mentality I would bring to the All Florida Pro League. I take pride in being coachable, adaptable to different styles of play and partnerships, and fully committed to competing at a high level every time I step on the court.
