Palm Beach Knights Join the All Florida Pro League With Owner Art Eisenstein
PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (August 29, 2026): The All Florida Pro League today announced that Arthur “Art” Eisenstein has purchased the Palm Beach Knights, the newest franchise in Florida's premier team-based professional pickleball league. The Knights begin play in the 2027 season.
Eisenstein is the Chief Executive Officer of Top Gun Security Consultants, LLC, a retired United States Navy Lieutenant Commander, and a longtime South Florida security leader. He brings more than four decades of military, law enforcement, and executive operating experience to the ownership group.
A career built on service
Born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, Eisenstein enlisted in the United States Navy in 1982 at the age of 17 and trained at Dam Neck, Virginia, as an Operations Specialist. Across more than 24 years of active-duty and reserve service, he rose to the rank of Lieutenant Commander, serving as an intelligence photographer, anti-terrorist self-defense team leader, command rescue swimmer, and dive officer. Among his highest honors is the Navy and Marine Corps Medal, awarded for heroism.
After the Navy, Eisenstein became Director of Operations for the Lord & Taylor Division in Manhattan, New York, and later President of Time Piece Jewelers in Bowie, Maryland. He then served as CEO and Chief Agent of A Shore Out Bail Bonds, where he led a fugitive apprehension team and worked alongside local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
Before founding Top Gun Security Consultants, he served as Director of Operations for Security Mavericks and Head of Security for Uniform Security Agency, running security operations at more than 25 high-risk sites from Palm Beach Gardens to Miami. He also served as Deputy Director of Security at Eastpointe Country Club, a residential community of more than 877 homes.
From new neighbor to team owner
Eisenstein found pickleball about three years ago. After moving into a new neighborhood, he asked his neighbors how he could get involved and stay active in the community. He had no idea what the sport was. He signed up for lessons, fell in love with the game, and was soon competing in several leagues.
That passion led Top Gun Security Consultants to sponsor the Palm Beach Royals, a partnership that has now grown into full franchise ownership with the Palm Beach Knights.
In their words
“Pickleball gave me a community the moment I walked onto a court, and I want the Palm Beach Knights to do that for an entire county,” said Art Eisenstein, owner of the Palm Beach Knights and CEO of Top Gun Security Consultants, LLC. “I have spent my career building teams that show up prepared and take care of the people around them. That is exactly what this franchise will be. Our players will compete at a high level, and they will represent Palm Beach the right way.”
“Art is the kind of owner this league is built for,” said David Tabb, founder of the All Florida Pro League. “He understands discipline, he understands service, and he came to pickleball the same way most of our fans did, by walking onto a court and getting hooked. Palm Beach is one of the strongest pickleball markets in the country and the Knights give it a pro team to call its own.”
